Hallejujah (NBA Edition)

This is a day (and year) that I've wished for for a while now but didn't think would ever come to fruition.

For at least one year the Blazers will wear Jerseys that don't look like lame, dated, uncool and ugly crap like this:

Blazer Press Release:

Portland Trail Blazers New jerseys announced today. Hardwood classic from the 70's and a new "Rip City" jersey. To be worn in honor of the 40th anniversary year.

I could take or leave that RIP CITY jersey, which is ugly as sin, but the Hardwood Classic is a thing to behold, a jersey I've been saying that they need to wear for a couple years now. It's like the classic Walton uni's of the 70's:

Now if they just keep these indefinitely, or do a total classy re-design (ignoring trends and realizing these are sports tank tops), then we'll be in good shape. At least superficially.
